  1. Wax lotion used in ceramic industry
  In the production process of porcelain, it is often necessary to add emulsified wax to poor quality kaolin to compensate for its poor plasticity or improve the strength of the initial product. Simultaneously using emulsified wax can also replace expensive vinyl acetate. In the ceramic production process, adding emulsified wax can improve both the strength and lubricity of the initial ceramic products.
  2. Wax lotion used in petroleum industry
  Drilling fluid plays a crucial role in petroleum drilling and production, and its main functions are:
  (1) Clean the bottom of the well and carry rock debris;
  (2) Cooling and lubricating drill bits and drill strings;
  (3) Forming mud cakes to protect the wellbore;
  (4) Control and balance formation pressure, etc.
  Adding high-quality emulsified wax to drilling fluid can significantly improve its inhibition and lubrication properties, prevent well collapse, and increase drilling speed.
  3. Wax lotion used in textile industry
  Mainly used as a finishing agent for yarn and textile finishing. Yarn finishing is the use of emulsified wax on the finished product line, which produces high gloss, deeper and more vivid colors, as well as higher elasticity and tensile strength. Applied to post finishing, it is mainly used as an important component of textile post finishing agents, with the aim of endowing these textiles with excellent soft hand feel, good smoothness and glossiness.
  4. Wax lotion for release agent
  As a release agent, it is widely used in various fields such as rubber or plastic product release, PU release, metal release, etc.
  5. Wax lotion is used in water-based paint and water-based ink industry
  It can improve the scratch resistance, surface hydrophobicity, and anti adhesion and anti fouling properties of the coating, making the coating smoother.
  6. Wax lotion used in construction industry
  Used as a curing agent for reinforced concrete. During the solidification process of concrete, if the surface moisture evaporates too quickly, a series of chemical reactions cannot be completed during the solidification process, and the maximum compressive strength of its surface cannot be achieved. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent rapid evaporation of moisture during the solidification of concrete. For this purpose, the industry has developed a thin film curing agent based on emulsified wax as the basic raw material. After using this curing agent, unnecessary surface moisture evaporation is avoided, and the hydration of cement is promoted.
